Mad Doll Doctor

Do you remember these? When I was a kid a lot of my parent’s friends–mostly soldiers, had these cute little Hula girls stuck to their dashboards. The dolls jiggled back in forth most with any movement of the vehicle.

When we went shopping Saturday I noticed three different vehicles with these cute little car or truck accessories. They must be making a comeback. Seems like everything from my childhood is making a comeback…simpler times? I doubt it–the Vietnam war, drugs, riots, social unrest. Maybe in retrospect, it just seemed simpler.
