Mad Doll Doctor

I’m excited! We’re going to Peoria in a couple of weeks for one of my husband’s nursing home association meetings. I always enjoy them, (I’m easy to please) we get to eat out for a couple of days and stay in a hotel and there are some really good antique shops in the area where I always find lots of goodies. My sister watches my bigger dogs and we take the two little pommies along, so I don’t have to go into doggie withdrawal. The only bad thing is, there is only one hotel in the area that allows pets and it’s a few miles from the hotel where the meetings are held, so I have to get up at the butt-crack of dawn and drive him there if I don’t want to be stranded in the hotel all day.

I usually take my notebook along too, so I can stay on top of things. It’s a bit slow and needs more laptop memory, but works well enough. In all, it should be a nice little mini vacation!
