Since the hole in the ball is so tiny I’m simply going to tie a knot, (I’m a fan of fast and easy) then run the looped end through the hole. Next apply wood glue around base of elbow ball, and a bit on the elastic knot, then replace ball back into lower arm, lining it up exactly where it came out if possible. Wipe away any excess glue and set the arms aside to thoroughly dry.
